EJPC Palliative Care Policy Development Award

Nominations for the EJPC Palliative Care Policy Development Award 2018 are now open, and you are invited to nominate one of your peers.* The award is aimed at professionals working in palliative care worldwide who have made a substantial contribution to policy development through research, clinical practice or as policy activists.

The nominees will be judged by a panel of EJPC Editorial Advisory Board members chaired by EJPC Editors Dr Ros Taylor and Dr Sarah Russell. The criteria for the awards are:

• The degree of the nominees’ involvement in the policy development

• The multidisciplinary nature of the policy

• The impact of the policy on patient and family care

The EJPC Palliative Care Policy Development Award 2018 will be presented at the 10th World Research Congress of the European Association for Palliative Care in Bern, Switzerland (24–26 May 2018).
